You can join the meeting from a smartphone or computer, you need to first download the Zoom app from the App Store for your phone. This may take another 5 or 10 minutes. (Zoom is also good for family meetings)
Once I join the meeting then you will see me on the screen and I will talk through how we will run the meeting.
Each of you can ask me one question at a time. Please keep your audio muted if you are not talking. I will see everyone who has joined the meeting and will give everyone a chance to talk with me. At the bottom of your Zoom screen you will see a toolbar. One option is to “raise your hand”. Click on this and I will see what you are ready to ask a question.
Once I join the meeting then it only lasts 40 minutes (for free) then Zoom will automatically end it.

The link to the concert on the streaming site Vimeo will be found on www.raycooper.org and www.facebook.com/raycoopermusic just before 6.00pm UK time on Wednesday 1st April. No software necessary. It will stay on Vimeo for 24 hours. There will be a paypal address for voluntary donations. Free to anyone in the care industry, and to anyone who just got fired.
